We’re happy to refund your ticket in the following circumstances:
- an Event is cancelled;
- an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
- details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)
We cannot refund your ticket outside of these circumstances. However, if you are unable to attend the event you can reallocate the tickets to somebody who would like to attend in your place.
As there are no printed tickets this is really easy. All you need to do is ensure that when they come along to the concert that they give your booking name and reference to the concert welcoming team who will check them off.
Hopefully this way a friend or family member can enjoy the event in your place (and let you know exactly what you missed!).
